LO 6months...now refusing bottle

Title really says it all. Did this happen to anyone else? I bf mostly, but have given pumped milk when I want to go out. LO has now refused the bottle the last 3 times we have left him. Going 4-5 hours without anything. He nurses still every hour and a half when we're together.
