short women, baby bump?

this is my first pregnancy and i am only 10w5d and i get really bloated in the evenings after eating and such but when the bloating goes down like in the mornings i feel like i can feel my uterus (firm and solid-ish) about an inch or so above my pelvic bone. I'm only 5'1" and have a short torso, could this be because im short or am i just tricking myself??? also when my bladder is full i cant fell my bladder when i push on it.. im searching around but i cant really find anything to suggest that short women's uterus' "rise" faster than normal.
