Another Q: Heat milk from fridge?

Do you need to heat up refrigerated milk, or just frozen?  Also, can I freeze milk in bottles, or should I just use the storage bags?  I tried to find similar Q's on the board, but didn't see anything, so sorry if this is old hat...
