Nursing Tank - yay or nay?

Looking for info on these nursing tanks. I see that the star rating is very high but amazon has allowed companies to give away free products in exchange for (positive) reviews - it's called the Vine program. Anyway I just want to check with this board if they are good. Also, can you wear them alone or are they an undershirt? TIA!
