Breastfeeding, pumping, and work

If I start pumping after I nurse and freezing it a few weeks before going back to work (and on days off), then pumping in the morning and evening on days that I work, will that be enough to feed LO?  I would like to do breast milk as much as possible, but I  know I might have to supplement with formula.

 Secondly, is this even possible, or will my breasts explode since I will be expressing so much at certain times and none at others?

 What's the best way to breast feed while working full time?  I work sales and I just don't think it will work out to pump at work.
