BFP trying after you O'ed?

November 2012 in 1st Trimester

Just curious.. I used OPK's for the first time this cycle. Started Thursday did not get a positive till today at 3AM worked a super early shift this morning but my temperature spiked with it. So I'm guessing I O'd some where last night?So which made me annoyed today. So we went it at anyway. Lol did anyone have a timing after O'd that work? I'm not having much faith: thanks for listening.
