comparing myself to twin sisters pregnancy

i think im going crazy...Its bugging me that i really have no symptoms so i looked at my twin sisters facebook posts (she doesnt know yet so i cant just ask her) my sister posts everything on facebook. it looks like she didnt have any morning sickness until her 2nd trimester...she found out she was pregnant when she was already 11 weeks (told us as soon as she left the doctors office) and didnt start with morning sickness until a few weeks later....so maybe it will be some weird twin thing and i should stop worrying until my 2nd trimester.
