Gas pains...

Anybody else getting/ gotten "stop you in your tracks...owie owie" gas pains? I don't know if its from all the food this weekend...but they have been pretty intense!
Any recommendations on what to do? I've been drinking water non stop and haven't had anything that would commonly cause gas...just more food than normal!
