1st Trimester

Lower back pain at 12 weeks?

November 2012 in 1st Trimester

After I get home from work and do my chores I get the sharpest pain in my lower back! Sometimes i cant even stand up stright to walk... It a little scary considering I'm only 12 weeks along and that it may get worse the further into pregnancy. Is there any way to help the pain or prevent it?
