Red blood. Help?!

I am 6 weeks pregnant. I have had many symptoms since I've found out I was expecting nausea, constipation, cramping and headaches to name a few. I went to the bathroom today and when i wiped there was red blood. I used a pad and 30 mins later checked again thinking it would have a significant amount on it because I was sure I was miscarrying I had a m/c 2 to 3 months ago. When I checked there was no blood at all and when I wiped it was just slight brown discharge. Also, I need to add that I have no cramping. Any ideas of what this could be? When the blood was red it was enough to fill my tissue when I wiped and even drop into the toilet. Sorry for the gross info. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! :
