a little confused.......

i went to the E.R. tonight, i had some brown mucas looking discharge and cramping around my hip bones and up in my sides and was kind of freaked out, they did an ultrasound and they saw the heartbeat and said that everything looked great...they even got to measure the beats per minute.... my blood work came back good and so did my urinanalysis...i'm not quite sure whats going on but i think they put me on some kind of temporary bedrest.....and called it a threatened miscarrige

No strenuous activity until released

Rest until released

no  work until released

drink plenty of fluids

No sexual activity of any kind until released

what exatly does all that mean???
