This question is for ladies who have had both....

which did you prefer?

my doc is open to elective c-sections. This being my first child, I'm not sure which route to go. I know the risks are much higher with c-section and recovery is longer, however, all of the people I know who have had a c-section HIGHLY recommend it.

Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
