Transfer issue/suck problem?

At first I thought I had very low supply but I am now realizing I have more than I thought...I have somewhat low supply and it flows slowly. However, I am able to pump 1-2 oz right after a feeding, while my husband is giving DS a 2 oz. Bottle. This makes me think he isn't transferring well. His latch is okay and when using a SNS he has no problem, so I'm guessing it's my slow flow that's messing him up. I saw a IBCLC and she was helpful when I thought it was a supply issue or latch but didn't give any suggestions with it being a "suck" issue. Has anyone experienced this?
