1st Trimester

Too much loss???

I'm not a FTM but I am going through my first pregnancy with m/s..... Never had it before with either of my boys. With that said, I've lost 6.5 pounds in 5 days. It just seems like a lot for me. I am 127 lbs. 5'5" and for me to lose that much just has me a little worried. I've done some reading and it all says that a woman might lose a couple pounds a week during her first tri and it's normal if she is going through m/s and such. But is 6.5 too much in just 5 days? If so, do you ladies have any good foods or remedies you've come across for keeping food down? Is there anything out there you've eaten and it stays down? I've tried the carbs, soups, crackers, etc. None of it will stay down. I don't want to have m/s for another 4 weeks losing  this weight at a consistant rate. Feel it won't be safe for the baby. Maybe I am wrong, just a little freakish over this I am sure. Would love your input though. Thanks in advance!!
