What do you think about my betas?

Hi guys! So we have a healty 2.5 year old boy, but have had two miscarriages in a row since we have been trying for number 2. I am just about 6 weeks pregnant now and of course VERY nervous. My beta numbers have not doubled although I have read that after the first 4 weeks and after they hit 6000, it can take 3 to 4 days to double instead of the 48 hours. My dr is concerned enough that he wants to do an ultrasound at 7 weeks instead of 8 (which will be next tuesday) but I wanted to see if any of you have any similar numbers or advice. I am a mess and cannot imagine the loss of another pregnancy. TIA 5w2d 7201 5w4d 10374 5w6d (today) 17621
