HELP!! Baby won't take bottle anymore!

We introduced the bottle to my EBF baby at 6 weeks. He took it and has been getting one bottle a week since when i am out for about 5 hours. He doesn't love it but he tolerates it. Then I went back to work and was gone for 9 hours. He was with my mom, it was her first time taking care of him alone. Also first time with frozen milk. He was very fussy with the bottle and only drank 2 oz all day. Now he won't take a bottle at all, even for DH. we have tried different bottles, a sippy cup, only fresh milk. He just cries. Fortunately I only work part time and I can do shorter days but I do have to be gone for at least 5 hours a couple days a week. I don't know what to do!!!
