Thawed breast milk

So, we gave LO his first bottle today of thawed breast milk. I thawed out 2 small bags not knowing how much he would need. I know the rule is 24 hours in fridge after milk has thawed according to the Kelly's mom website. Unfortunately, we never needed the second bag. I can't seem to find anything on what happens after 24 hours, and I'm wondering if it will be harmful to LO to give it to him in the morning which would be in the 30 hour max range. Anyone have any further info on this? All I found is that it loses some immunity and antibacterial qualities. Thanks!
