Kind of XP from Infertility: Sperm/IVF question

Hi ladies, I already asked the same question a couple of days ago on IF, but I'm wondering about sperm and illness.  My Dh and I have both had a bad cough (probably upper respitory infection) for hte past week.  No fever, just cough/chest congestion and we are both feeling better each day.  I'm concerned this may affect sperm for the IVF?  The nurse said they wouldn't know until they tested, obviously.  Anyone have a similar experience?  

We are basically unexplained, with minor issues with me.  My DH has always had very good SAs...the last one being 3 months ago.  They gave us the option to freeze sperm for the IVF and I almost wish we would have a couple of months ago.  I'm trying to decide if we should freeze some now or just wait for the IVF (in two weeks).   Also, we are doing ICSI on at least half, if not all, eggs.  It just depends on how many we get.  Does this even matter if we are doing this?  Maybe I'm putting too much thought into it.
