Help - cooler/storage question

I am working about 3 hrs away from home today and have no access to a fridge. I have about 25 ounces of what I pumped last night in the hotel in a cooler with 2 huge ice packs and will be adding to that throughout the day. I won't get home till about midnight - so, more than 12 hours removed from a fridge. Please tell me my milk will be ok? Any suggestions on how to make sure it survives the work day and long drive home? TIA
