Vasospasms?

If you have vasospasms, what are your symptoms? How do you know you have them? I have periodic pain in my nipples, and when it happens, it seems like they contract/pucker--almost like a muscle spasm. I originally thought the pain was due to thrush, but now I'm thinking maybe something else? Also, I don't have any blanching--is this a necessary symptom of vasospasms?
