Thrush ? XP

My Ob told me yesterday she thought I had thrush. They are treating me with all purpose nipple cream prescription. DD has no signs of it but the ped told me to keep her off the boob for 3 treatments so basically a full day. So I have been giving her pumped bottles. Now I'm worried she won't go back on the boob. She is almost 3 weeks old. Also how will I know it's better? Thanks.
