top teeth cutting into breast, help!

Does anyone have any experience or advice? 

My LO's top teeth are cutting through and it is quite painful.  So much so that I checked my breast to see if it was bleeding, and I saw a scab from where her teeth have been cutting my areola.  I have tried different positions, but it is still painful.  

I have thought about just pumping and switching to bottle feeding her, but I haven't used a bottle with her in so long.  I don't even know what flow strength she would need.   She will be 9 months next week.
