Holy spit up, batman!

Turtle didn't spit up for like the first two months and now it seems like he spits up after every feeding!

He is mainly bf but we have to supplement formula because my supply isn't enough for him. At first he spit up only afterr ff, but now it's even after he nurses. Sometimes it's just a little bit and sometimes it projectile and out of control.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this or any suggestions to calm it down?
