Allergy Advice

Let me start off by saying that I know no one here is a pedi, so you cannot diagnose my DD. Also, DD has an appointment in Dec and I will be asking the pedi about it then.

But does anyone have any experience with allergies? Or what I think may be allergies? When we are home, T's eyes are perfectly fine. However, when we leave (go outside for a long period of time, grocery shopping, etc) her eyes start looking like this (excuse the blurriness and her pj's, it was a last minute decision to actually take her inside) 

She doesn't start sneezing, or coughing, and there's no runny nose. Sometimes I think it may be allergies and other times I'm wondering if her eyes are just learning to adjust to different light (ie, the lights at Wal Mart always bother my eyes). What do you think? Anyone else's LO's eyes do this? Everybody at the stores are constantly saying that she looks tired all the time. I promise, she's not. In this case, she had woke up about an hour before.
