Zantac moms - let's compare dosages

So after a week of VERY crappy sleep, it finally occured to me that DD might not just be going through the 4 mo wakeful and it could be because she's outgrown her Zantac dosage.  Her 4 mo appt isn't until next wed.  I plan on calling the pedi office about a dosage increase but I'd like to hear from you ladies too...what's your LO's current dosage?  DD started Zantac when she weighed 12 lbs, 12 oz and gets 1.5 ml twice a day.
