Solution for achey knees?

Hello.

I am almost 10 weeks and have been battling achey knees for the last few weeks.I understand   that aches are normal and why they might be happening, but am looking for solutions. It is difficult to sleep at night because I am so uncomfortable..not to mention other challenges of sleeping at night....Since we cannot take ibuprofen, does anyone know any other solutions to dealing with achey knees? Thanks!
