Nightmares/bad dreams?

LO sometimes wakes up screaming crying. He's just started this in the past couple of weeks out of nowhere! I'm just wondering if he's having bad dreams or something? What would he even be dreaming about? A bully stole his bottle? Anyone else have any experience with this?
