tubular breasts

Hi Ladies,

I am very close to having my second baby (39 weeks). I was told that I had underdeveloped tubular breasts when I was 18. I decided to have a breast augmentation which has been wonderful for my self esteem. With my first daughter I was completely overwhelmed and quit breast feeding after 10 days because I had so little milk when I pumped. The hospital had me supplement so that quickly became routine. Has anyone with tubular breasts has success breast feeding? I would really like to try again and not give up so quickly. Any advice would be much appreciated.
