3-month-old acting pained

Hi ladies,

I've never posted here before but hope you might have advice for me.  

My 3-month-old EBF baby is suddenly acting like her stomach is in pain.  She cries at the breast, spits up a lot, and has really mucusy, liquidy poop.   There are some dark specks in her poop that could be dried blood.

She is gaining ok, though at the low end of the spectrum.  She still smiles frequently but is fussy, especially at night.  She sleeps great and doesn't fuss much or seem in pain at all for her first morning feeding.  This just started recently, and I don't think I've changed my diet much.  

Does this sound like a dairy intolerance?
