Counting wet/poopy diapers question

So DD is six days old, and nursing like a champ ebf, feeding on demand, milk came in on Monday.

She's now at the runny yellow poop stage, and seriously poops ALL THE TIME! We're talking 10 poopy diapers in a 24 hour period. My question is that because nearly every diaper is runny, wet poop, I have no idea how often she's peeing since I can't usually tell if she's done both.

Would you just not worry about it since she's feeding well and pooping more than enough?
