Are you allowed to go into labor on your own and then rcs?

Will doctors let you go into labor on your own but still plan for a c/s?? 

Honestly, that is one of the only reasons I want to try for a VBAC... I know, it sounds weird.  But that is the biggest regret I have from my whole pregnancy experience, that I never got to feel what it is like to go into labor on my own.  I feel like I missed out on all of the excitment of saying "It's time to go!"  If that makes any sense.

 I was induced at 39 weeks and 3 days for high blood pressure.  I KNOW my body just wasn't ready for labor yet.  I get really upset sometimes that I didn't get to go through all of that.  So I was just wondering if they would let me go into labor and then still go with a c/s when I got to the hospital.
