So any of you second, third, etc, timers:
Do you have a 'trick' or a way to tell if it's just bloat...or if it's actual weight gain?
I want to say I'm very bloated...but it doesn't really fluctuate...it's just...there. Since I've been so tired, I go to work, then go straight home, lay on the couch and/or go to sleep.
So I'm semi worried that it may be weight gain. I've never gained weight easily before but since this is my first I'm not sure if that's just how my body is.
