Confirmation Appt: Nervous?

Is it normal to be both nervous and excited about the first sonogram? I am so scared something might have happened along the way and that I won't be happy next week (our appointment is Tuesday)... although I've had no bleeding or spotting and have been taking my prenatals and getting as much sleep/rest as I feel I need...
