Scared out of my mind might miscarry

For the past two day I have had a light to medium dark brown creamy discharge when I wipe after I go to the bathroom. I have had cramps on and off the whole time I have been Prego (7weeks) I had a miscarriage last year around this time. The OBGYN I went to I didn?t like so I found a new one I have my first apt on the 20^th I have called twice about the spotting and they tell me it?s ok and just to make my apt on the 20^th. Another thing is that I feel like my symptoms have gone away, the morning sickness the very sore boobs. I?m not sure if I?m convincing myself that they are gone or if they really are. I?m so scared to lose another baby. I feel like I  failed again and like I?m letting my husband down.
