Introducing bottles, when and how often to pump

Hello,

So far breastfeeding has been going really well with my LO.

At around 4 weeks I would really like to mix in a bottle or two a day for DH, I can tell he would really like to feed her and I would love the break once or twice a day.

So I was just wondering when and how often I should pump so he can give her a bottle once a day and to build a small freezer stash for emergencies. At the moment I am not pumping and letting LO dictate things.

So far I have had very little engourment and LO seems very satisfied so I am worried about rocking the boat too much with the natural supply and demand.
