Emergency stash ? For SAHMs who EBF

I have a little over 500oz of milk in the freezer. I am donating my spare milk to a Mom who needs it. My question is, how much milk should I keep just in case? I had no supply issues when I BF'd DD1, so that is not a concern for me. Just curious what amount you would hold on to? I was thinking maybe holding onto 50oz or so?
