Ugh lots of spotting, I'm getting nervous...

The last 4 days I've been spotting...not enough to fill up a pantyliner, but it's been fairly constant. I've had a little cramping, but not enough to make me worry, I remember cramping like that with dd all the time. I'm just getting so worried...it's been red, pink, and brown, though the red was only for a couple hours yesterday & I wasn't cramping when it happened. My insurance doesn't kick in until December 1....so I'm freaking out because I can't go to the doctor yet. 

Anyone have any advice or reassurance?
