Feel alittle weird asking this

I am about 11 weeks pregnant right now and i have a son that will be turning 3 next month. I dont remember much about my 1st trimester with my son (mostly bc i spent the first 3 months throwing up)...and I had a mc about 4 months ago so I am little more nervous this time around. my pregnancy symptoms seem to ... come and go..and lately besides being tired and alil gassy...I dont "feel" the way i did a few weeks ago when i first found out. Is this normal or should i be worried I didnt really have any signs when i had my mc...just brown discharge after walking alot and then cramps that night and the next day...it felt like i had a period. I think i may just be overly concerned but...any help
