Weaning pump and plugged duct

I slowly weaned pump sessions at work over last month and had no trouble. Last week was last one. Yesterday got a painful spot on right side and felt fluidh but no fever. Plugged duct I assume but I've never had one. Trying heat and massage and hand expression / still nursing. Any other recs?
