Been a while, update!

So I had left my husband back in February, and he ended up being discharged from the Army for medical reasons. I decided to try working things out, I felt as though I owed it to our son to try one more time. Well, he ended up being extremely physical with me so I left. I haven't filed for divorce yet, and I have no idea what I am even doing or what to expect. Does anyone have advice for me? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
