Baby routine and Thanksgiving

We are going to a later Thanksgiving dinner this year. DD is used to a bath/bedtime routine that is pretty early in the night and then she goes down in her crib. If we are off this routine even by 30 minutes she gets seriously upset and cranky. If you have your baby on a routine how are you going to handle the holiday? Are you going to try and keep LO up or take something to lay her down in and then wake her for the car ride? I am SO nervous she is going to be super fussy.
