Keeping supply up

I was sick last week with a fever and upper respiratory infection and barely ate anything. And now I have a shinglestype rash on my back that I am taking Meds for. Not sure which of these things did it but I feel like my supply is low. I am getting my appetite back but I am not sure if the Meds affected it and I still have to take them for a week. I am nursing a lot. Will my supply rebound on its own when I am well? How do I know if I need to supplement? Lo is getting 34 bottles 3 days/week. Last night I pumped only 2 ounces before bed instead of my usual 4.
