I am having major sleep issues. I fall asleep fine, but I am only getting 4 hours, 5 hours tops, before I wake up and toss and turn the remainder of the night. It doesn't help that I am a stomach sleeper naturally, but my body knows something is up so I am only sleeping on my sides (uncomfortable for me) and back.
Do you think a pregnancy pillow would help with my sleep issues? Esp sleeping on my side. If you used a pillow, when did you start using it? Did it help you sleep better? And which pillow did you use? Also, did you like said pillow?
