Freezing Cold After MOTN Feeding

The last few nights, and a few times in the past, I become absolutely freezing after a MOTN feeding. I don't feel cold to the touch, but I am freezing! So much so that I can't get back to sleep. I have to put on 2 comforters and I still don't feel toasty warm. What the heck to you make of this? Also, I have noticed that these are the same nights that I wake up drenched in sweat when I get up to nurse. Hormones?
