If you nursed while pregnant...

Did you notice an increase in supply, pain when nursing, or nipple tenderness? If so, when did you fist notice it?

I didn't have any breast tenderness during my first pregnancy, and I haven't really had any this go around either. But the past few days I've noticed that the girls don't fit so comfortably in my bra anymore, they're leaking and full much more often and DD's nursing hasn't changed. When she nurses it also feels like she's sucking out a blocked duct, you know that deep pulling feeling inside the breast? Oh and I can feel the hard ducts in my breasts too when she starts to nurse out of one side, I can feel them in the other. Of course my nipples have also been feeling much more tender while she's nursing, and she hasn't bitten me since last week!

I guess I'm just wondering if all of this sounds normal? If any of it sounds out of the ordinary, as in I should mention it to my LC or OB? And if it will go away?
