1st Trimester

To early to tell??

November 2012 in 1st Trimester

Ok I'm only 3 weeks pregnant according to my doctor. About 3 days before I first went to the doctor I took 3 pregnancy tests that were all clearly positive. I thought I would be further than 3 weeks if these very inexpensive tests ($1.50!) were telling me yes. Is that even normal or could it maybe be twins???
