Not pumping enough BM...help!

Ugh.  I started back to work on Friday and my daughter takes three 4 oz bottles when I am away.  On Friday I pumped three times at work: 9, 12, and 3.  Respectively, I got 4.5, 3.5, and 2 ounces...so, I was short 2 ounces.

Fast forward to today when I pumped the following amounts: 4, 3, 2.  Argh!!  I am going to be 3 oz short every day which means I am going to have to dip into some of my freezer stash and I'll run out quickly.  

I am new at this and have no clue what to do.  I don't want to pump at night because I don't want it to cause an oversupply.  Any advice?
