I've been BFing since day one, and I am struggling to lose my baby weight. I only gained about 25 pounds during my pregnancy, but have only lost maybe 10 of that. I don't know how much I weigh now because I have struggled with disordered eating in the past and am not allowed to use a scale at home, but I know how big I am from pictures and nothing I own fitting me. I'm wearing my maternity clothes still, and I'm wondering what I can do to lose weight while BFing.
I don't want to diet at all because my milk supply is already low (we supplement LO with expressed milk & formula as per doctor's orders) and I don't want to do anything to sabotage that.
Does anyone have any advice? Thank you in advance!
