drying up

Hey everyone, 

I had to wean my 10 month old due to needing to focus on my current health problems. I was down to only nursing at night for about a week and a half. Now I have not nursed or pumped for a whole week. I haven't been too uncomfortable/engorged until this morning. It's only my left breast really, the one which has always been the big producer. I've also started leaking. My question is, how long will it take for me to completely dry up? I guess I always assumed it would happen quickly. How long before my breasts stop changing so that I know it's safe to go out and buy a new bra?
