Spitting up at 1 year - still MSPI or something else?

Per our pedi GI, I'm slowly adding dairy back in to my diet in an attempt to see if LO is still MSPI. In hindsight, I probably should have waited until the effects of his vaccinations had passed, but I didn't. Anyway, since adding it back (AND vaccines, time change, teething, etc) LO has begun spitting up after nursing sessions. However, he has not had any diarrhea, bloody stool, or uncomfortable gassiness like he did when he was first diagnosed. Could something else be causing this or is it time to give up the chai lattes... again?
